I brought my GMC Sierra AT4 with about 110,000 miles in for an extensive maintenance service, and they were by far the best price compared to the other three shops I checked in the area. What impressed me the most was their honesty. There were a few things I thought needed to be done, but they actually told me I didn’t need them. Even better, when it came time to pay, the final bill was actually lower than the original estimate because some of the work ended up being simpler than expected. They could have easily charged me the original amount, but they were completely transparent about it. Mike also made the scheduling process very easy and was great to work with. The work was fairly extensive, and honestly, I wouldn’t have been surprised if it took two or three days. They told me it would be ready the next day, and they kept their word it was done in just one day. This service was about a month ago, and I’m still very impressed with the experience. Finding a shop that gives you a fair price, does quality work, and is genuinely honest with you is not easy. I’m very grateful to the team at Suburban Automotive. They’ve definitely earned my trust, and from now on, I’ll be taking all of my vehicles there. Highly recommended!"
